you will need about 14 grams of high quality kratom , 1200 - 1300 ml of water a pot n a strainer ,a bottel to put it in and something to pour it into to cool ( if u dont wonna boil it for an hour ucan do it for 30minutes with 700ml of water , it wont b as strong tho )
